On April 24, 2024, William Frederick Barnes, Jr., son of the late William F. Barnes, Sr. and Louise Barnes (nee Winklemann); beloved husband of the late Frances Byrnes, Libby Barnes, and Rose McCarty; devoted father of Diane Hagens and the late Billy Barnes and his surviving wife Mim; loving grandfather of Michelle, Melanie, Dawn and her husband Bryan, and Eddie; great grandfather of Adam, Amanda, Maddie, Jacob, Logan and Noelle; brother of the late Clara Barnes (Nearly) and Anna Barnes (Naimaster); special friend of Jeff Abell, Marty Brown, Damon Davis and Sharon Miller and other family members and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at 11:30 am at Gardens of Faith Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.evansfuneralchapel.com.
