On January 16, 2013, Joyce C. Kahl, of Sykesville, beloved daughter of the late Andrew & Catherine Kahl, loving sister of Doris Weitz & her husband Raymond; caring aunt of Gerald Garland. Joyce also leaves behind a dear friend & caregiver, Sandy Cornett.

Family and friends will honor Joyce’s life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services – Bel Air, 3 Newport Drive (Rt. 23 & Rt. 24), Forest Hill on Friday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, with a Graveside Service to immediately follow at Bel Air Memorial Gardens.
