On January 5, 2013, Mildred B. Lowe, of Parkville; beloved wife of the late Robert S. Lowe, Sr.; devoted mother of Linda Jones and her husband Robert A., and the late Robert S. Lowe, Jr.; loving grandmother of Stacy Deighton and her husband Daniel, Brian Jones; loving great-grandmom of Maisie, Nadia, and Collin; also survived by many relatives and friends.

Family and friends will honor Mildred’s life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services – Parkville, 8800 Harford Rd. on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 from 10-11AM, funeral service beginning at 11AM. Interment Parkwood Cemetery.
