On December 31, 2012, Joseph Gratt Hales, Jr., U.S. Navy Veteran, of Edgewood, beloved husband of Rose M. (nee Weber) Hales; devoted father of Valerie Schaub, Rose Belcastro, Dolores Leckert, Sharon Hash, Edward Moore, Arthur Moore and Patricia James and their spouses; loving grandfather and great grandfather. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will honor Joe’s life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services – Parkville, 8800 Harford Rd. on Thursday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM where a funeral service will be held 10 AM Friday. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
