On November 20, 2012, Gary Reinhardt Kiesling, U.S. Navy Veteran passed away peacefully, he was 63. Mr. Kiesling worked for many years as an optician for Bowers & Snyder serving his community. He was an avid hunter, shooting a black bear on one of his many hunting trips. He loved to spend summer weekends on the tributaries of the Chesapeake Bay crabbing. He enjoyed cooking. He accomplished a lifelong dream going to Bora-Bora in the South Pacific with Mrs. Kiesling for their anniversary.
Mr. Kiesling is survived by his wife Linda (nee Knopp) Kiesling; daughters Amy Williams(David) and Kristen Moser(Christopher), grandchildren Alexis,Natalie, Colin, Garrett, and Rebecca; his sister, Sandra Murphy (Gerard) and uncle, Daniel Kiesling(Janet). He is also survived by his step children, Leslie Palmiter, and Derrick Belcher, and step- grandchildren Zackary Zoeie, Spencer, and Daniel.
Family and friends will honor Gary’s life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services – Bel Air, 3 Newport Dr. (Rts. 23 & 24 – Forest Hill) on Sunday, November 25, 2012, 2-4 & 6-8 PM where a funeral will be held, November 26, 2012 beginning at 10 AM. Interment William Waters United Methodist Church Cemetery, followed by a luncheon in the church hall.
