On November 17, 2012, Verda Marie Edwards (nee Gorman), of Parkville; beloved wife of the late Richard H. Edwards, Jr.; devoted mother of Robert Edwards and his wife Teresa; dear sister of Aimee Claire Preis and her husband Bill; loving grandmother of Jennifer Menkhaus and her husband Rick; great grandmother of Chloe and Emmett.
Family and friends will honor Verda’s life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services – Parkville, 8800 Harford Rd. on Monday, 3-5 & 7-9 PM. A funeral liturgy will be held 10:30AM Tuesday at St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church. Memorial contributions in Verda’s name may be made to the American Cancer Society.
