On July 20, 2012, Thomas Leo Phillips, US Merchant Marine Veteran and Cabinet Maker passed away. He was 80. Devoted father of Michael Phillips and wife Rosemary, Brenda Phillips, Tony Phillips and Tommy Phillips; loving grandfather of, Jennifer and Daniel Phillips; dear brother of Tony Phillips, Ida Evans, the late Billy Phillips, and the late Leon Phillips. Also survived by Arlene Phillips and many other relative and friends, predeceased by Ann Lynn.

Family and friends will honor Thomas’ life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services – Bel Air, 3 Newport Drive (Rts. 23 & 24 – Forest Hill) on Friday, July 27, 2012, 3-5 & 7-9, where a funeral service will be Saturday, July 28, 2012, 10 AM.
