On July 15, 2012, Richard Edwin Hirsch, of Parkville; beloved husband of Sandra V. Hirsch; devoted father of Sharon Anne Psalmonds, Nancy Psalmonds and her husband John Smith, Linda C. Shanklin and her husband William, Jr.; dear brother of Jack Hirsch, Carol Willet, Janice Andersen of Torrence,CA., the late Pat Miller and Paul Hirsch; also survived by his loving grandchildren, Ellie the dog, Bud the parrot, Boo-Boo the cat and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will honor Richard’s life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services – Parkville, 8800 Harford Rd. on Tuesday, 3-5 & 7-9 PM, where a funeral service will be held 11AM Wednesday. Interment Parkwood Cemetery.
