Family & friends will honor Steven’s life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services – Parkville, 8800 Harford Rd. from 3-5 & 7-9 PM Thursday where a funeral service will be held 10AM Friday. Interment will be in Holly Hills Cemetery.
