On May 18, 2012, William August Kissner of Overlea; beloved husband of Ruth Abrams Kissner; devoted father of Shawn Kissner and Michele Huffman, Jennifer Kissner and husband Mark Howell; cherished grandfather of Dylan Howell, Devon Howell , Emily Kissner, Alyssa Miller and Paige Miller; dear brother of Melvin Kissner and Kathleen Downs.

Family and friends will honor William’s life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services – Parkville, 8800 Harford Rd. on Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 PM. at which time a funeral service will begin.
